Q: Do you require a minimum to book?
Our wedding services are offered through curated Bridal Experiences, each designed for a different wedding party size. Your selected collection serves as the minimum investment required to reserve your date.

Q: What if I don’t have my exact service count yet?
That’s completely okay! You do not need your final service count at the time of booking. Select the Bridal Experience that best accommodates your anticipated needs, and your final service count can be confirmed as your wedding approaches.

Q: What if I need more makeup services than my collection includes?
A limited number of additional makeup services may be added at an additional cost, subject to availability, artist staffing, and the wedding-day timeline. Larger increases in party size may require upgrading to the appropriate Bridal Collection.

Q: What if I don’t use every service included in my collection?
Each Bridal Collection is a set investment based on the level of service, planning, artist availability, and beauty-team coordination reserved for your wedding. You are not required to use every included service; however, unused services do not reduce or change the collection price.

Q: Can I exchange an unused service for another service or credit?
Services included within each Bridal Experience cannot be exchanged for other services or converted into monetary credit.

Q: When are payments due?
A non-refundable $150 retainer and signed contract are required to reserve your wedding date. Your retainer will be applied as a credit toward your final invoice.

Bridal trials are paid separately at the time of your trial appointment, even when included in your selected bridal experience. Any additional services scheduled before your wedding day are also due at the time of service.

Your remaining wedding day balance is due two weeks prior to your wedding date. For out-of-town, out-of-state, and destination weddings, final payment is due 30 days prior.

Q: How do Little Beauty services work with the Bridal Collections?
Junior Bridesmaid services are available for ages 7–12, and Flower Girl services are available for ages 6 & under. Either may fill an available makeup service within your selected collection. If all included services are being used, Little Beauty services may be added at their respective rates. Each person receiving makeup counts as one service, regardless of service type.

BRIDAL experiences & Booking

Q: How far do you travel?
There's no limit to how far we can travel! After 1.5hrs one-way, hotel accommodations are required for the night before as it is considered an out of town wedding. 

Q: What is the travel fee?
Our travel fee is based on the round-trip mileage from the 62221 area and is designed to cover the time and distance required for our team to provide on-site services.
 • 0–25 miles → $150 flat (covers up to 3 artists)
 • 26–50 miles → $225 flat (covers up to 3 artists)
 • 51–75 miles → $275 flat (covers up to 3 artists)
 • 76+ miles → Custom travel + hotel stay

Additional artists beyond 3 are $60 per person.

Q: Can I request an additional artist?
Yes. Your Bridal Collection will be staffed appropriately based on the services and timeline required for your wedding. If you specifically request additional artist support beyond the staffing necessary for your contracted services, an additional artist fee will apply, subject to artist availability.

Q: Is there an additional fee for earlier start times?
Yes. Wedding services requiring an artist start time before 7:00 AM will incur a $75 Early Start Fee per artist. This fee accounts for the additional scheduling requirements associated with an early call time.

Q: How much is the bridal trial?
Bridal trials are $300 for makeup and $150 for hair and are paid at the time of your appointment. For bridal experiences that include a trial, this payment is applied toward your total package investment and reflected on your final invoice.

Q: When should I schedule my trial?
Bridal trials are typically scheduled closer to the wedding date so your preferences, inspiration, and wedding details are current. Trials may also be coordinated around events such as engagement photos when availability allows.

Q: Do you offer trials before booking?
Bridal trials are reserved for brides who have officially secured their wedding date. Since wedding dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, we never want you to fall in love with your bridal look only to find that your date is no longer available. Booking first allows us to secure both your date and any additional artists needed for your wedding before moving forward with your trial.

Q: Will Mariah personally be doing my makeup?
Mariah works alongside a trusted team of professional makeup artists who take care of our brides and bridal parties. Depending on availability, your wedding-day makeup may be provided by Mariah or a member of the beauty team. Every artist is carefully selected and trusted to provide the quality of work and experience our brides expect.

Q: Can you accommodate large bridal parties?
Yes! Our beauty team includes multiple professional makeup artists and hairstylists, allowing us to accommodate both intimate and larger wedding parties. Your beauty team will be determined based on your selected collection, contracted service count, required completion time, and wedding-day logistics.

Q: How long will my makeup last?
Our applications are designed with longevity in mind so your makeup wears beautifully throughout your wedding day. We tailor each application to your skin type and use professional techniques and setting products to maximize wear.

Q: What products do you use?
Our professional kits include a carefully selected range of luxury and professional beauty brands, including NARS, Estée Lauder, MAC, Patrick Ta, Dior, Makeup by Mario, Fenty Beauty, Charlotte Tilbury, and more. Products are selected based on your individual skin type, desired finish, and makeup preferences.
